Taking Care of Business Week

Date: Monday 2 to Friday 6 August 2021 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm & 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

What 6 Things should I do before I come to Taking Care of Business Week?

Fill out the Summer Travel Survey
Read the 21/22 Device Policy/Guide
Read the 21/22 Reopening Plan
Pay 1st Semester Tuition or set Payment Plan with Student Accounts
Make sure you have paid your semester 1 tuition fees or signed a payment plan with the finance department. You must settle the first semester tuition fees to receive your ARIS Security ID Card. If you are not sure, please contact [email protected] before you come on your scheduled day.

Taking Care of Business Week Appointment Schedule by Family Surname

Please make sure you look at the table below to take care of business for your ward(s). Locate the first letter of your family’s surname and see what day you should come for your business.

What will I pick up during the Taking Care of Business Week?

If your ward will have a difficult time carrying his/her supplies on the first day of school, please bring them to the Taking Care of Business Week with you at your scheduled time and we will send them to the classroom.

Uniforms

NO CASH! ARIS is a cashless campus, for your convenience, we will have the ABSA bank teller available for this week only.

After Friday the 6 of August, we accept MOMO, debit cards, and direct deposit or use the PAY ARIS PORTAL. Please make sure you look at the uniform order form ahead of time. You will fill out the order form once your ward has tried on the items and selected the right size. You can find the price of the uniforms and exercise book packages in the links below. Devices

It is no longer compulsory for parents to buy a Device for Secondary students. Please read the device policy and make sure your ward’s device meets the requirements. We will have a trusted vendor onsite during Taking Care of Business Week selling devices.

We would like to. introduce Paloma Hotel as the new caterer for ARIS. Please take a look at the link below to view the menu and pre-order form. If you have any questions, please ask.

Lunch Menu

Canteen services will be available on a preorder basis
Deliveries of food from home/restaurant during the school day will not be accepted.

Birthdays

We know that kids get very excited about sharing birthdays with their friends. Unfortunately, the party, set up, and clean-up take away valuable learning time.
